Group buying · Factory pricing · Logistics included
Pool orders. Access factory pricing.
Buy without the MOQ burden.
MOQ Pools lets buyers combine demand to hit factory MOQs. Once your pool fills, our sourcing team handles supplier negotiation, QC, production, and door-to-door logistics.
Factories require MOQs of 100–1,000+ units for wholesale pricing. Most small buyers can't meet that alone — pooling makes it possible without the solo risk.
How We Protect You
Three principles that make risk-reduced sourcing work at scale.
Shared demand, lower risk
Multiple buyers pool toward a shared MOQ. No single buyer fronts the full order or takes on the entire supplier risk.
Conditional commitment
Funds are reserved, not immediately released. If terms change or the pool doesn't proceed, you're fully refunded — automatically.
Staged, documented execution
All terms (pricing, MOQ, timeline, shipping) are documented upfront and reconfirmed before execution. Supplier payments are milestone-based.
Example: Wireless Earbuds
How pooling changes the economics
Buying Solo
Retail price per unit · No MOQ access
With an MOQ Pool
Factory pricing · 100 buyers pooled
Step by Step
Find a pool & review terms
Each pool shows MOQ target, unit price, pool deadline, and supplier type. All upfront — no surprises.
💡 Joining a pool signals intent — not irreversible commitment. You can cancel anytime before execution begins.
Reserve your spot
Select your quantity and place a reservation. Funds are held but not released to the supplier until the pool proceeds and terms are reconfirmed.
✅ Full product price, shipping, and any fees are shown before you confirm.
MOQ reached → terms reconfirmed
When enough buyers join, the pool closes and we verify final terms with the supplier. You're notified before execution begins.
⚠️ If supplier terms change materially, the pool may be canceled and all buyers fully refunded.
Staged execution (agent assigned)
A dedicated sourcing agent is assigned. Supplier payments are milestone-based — not all upfront. Agent handles QC, production tracking, and logistics.
🛡️ We enforce process checkpoints. A portion of funds may be released for production start; remaining funds are held until milestones are met.

What We Do and Don't Guarantee
Clear limits help you make informed decisions.
- We coordinate — we don't replace your judgment
We align buyers, sourcing capacity, and suppliers. We don't take title as a blind intermediary or make purchasing decisions for you.
- We don't guarantee factory performance
We enforce documented process checkpoints. Factory results (quality, lead time) can still vary despite our coordination.
- We hold funds — not a blind escrow
Payments are staged against milestones. Not all funds are released at once. Supplier is paid only when conditions are met.
- We can cancel pools to protect buyers
If supplier obligations aren't met or terms change materially, we cancel the pool and issue full refunds — even mid-process.
MOQ Pools is designed so buyers don't have to commit all their money — or all their trust — upfront.
