This Shipping Policy explains how shipping works on MOQ Pools and what buyers should expect once a pool proceeds to execution.
Shipping Timelines
Shipping timelines vary depending on:
- the supplier
- the product
- the shipping method selected
- destination country
Estimated dispatch windows are shared only after a pool reaches MOQ and supplier terms are reconfirmed. These timelines are indicative, not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to production schedules, customs clearance, carrier capacity, or external factors beyond our control.
MOQ Pools may pause or cancel execution if supplier obligations are not met.
Shipping Methods
Shipping methods are disclosed on each pool listing and may include:
- direct-to-buyer shipments
- consolidated shipments followed by local distribution
The method used depends on supplier capabilities and destination.
Tracking Information
Tracking details are provided once a shipment is dispatched.
For consolidated or multi-leg shipments:
- tracking may update in stages
- there may be periods without visible movement while goods clear hubs or customs
This is normal and does not necessarily indicate an issue.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the pool page:
- Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or local fees imposed by the destination country.
- These charges are assessed by customs authorities and are not controlled by MOQ Pools.
- Customs-related charges are not refundable by MOQ Pools.
If a listing includes DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) or similar terms, this will be clearly stated on the pool page.
Insurance, Loss & Damage
Where applicable, shipments may be covered by:
- carrier-provided coverage, or
- third-party shipping insurance arranged as part of the shipment
If a shipment is confirmed lost or severely damaged in transit:
- MOQ Pools will coordinate with the carrier or insurer to file a claim
- resolution may include replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy
Insurance coverage is subject to carrier or insurer terms and approval.
Delivery Issues & Support
If you experience:
- a lost shipment
- significant delivery delays
- visible damage on arrival
Please report the issue promptly through your account so we can assist.
Supporting evidence (such as photos of damaged packaging) may be required.
